Our philosophy is for everyone involved to be physically, socially, and emotionally committed to the program. All players are evaluated by the

coaching staff and their teammates, in these areas both on and off the field. We consider each day, regardless of the environment, an opportunity

to represent what it means to be a member of the U32 Raider football program.
